How to continue after reaching the desired weight:


When you access the desired weight you must include the following:

1 - determine the calories needed for your weight and the new business.

2 - not to abandon healthy habits acquired during the diet you follow.

3 - complete the same diet with the increased amount until you reach the required amount of calories the body burns per day, which according to your activity.



4 - try to take weight every 3 days.

And when there is a slight increase in weight should try to decrease rapidly so as not to accumulate. And so decrease the number of calories or increase your activity daily to burn excess calories.
